1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity ("you") and Tours By Luca ("we," "us" or "our"), concerning your access to and use of our website as well as any other media form, media channel, mobile website, or mobile application related, linked, or otherwise connected thereto.

2. Booking and Payments

By booking a tour, you agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made via the website. Reservations are considered confirmed only upon receipt of booking confirmation from our team. Prices are in Euros (€) unless otherwise specified.

3. Cancellations and Refunds

We understand that travel plans can change. Cancellations must be communicated to us as soon as possible via email. The following cancellation policy applies:

• Cancellations made more than X days prior to the tour date: Full refund.
• Cancellations made within X days of the tour date: Subject to cancellation fees.
• No-shows: No refund will be provided.

4. Itinerary Changes

While we strive to adhere to the advertised itineraries, local conditions (weather, traffic, strikes, attraction closures) may necessitate adjustments. The driver/guide reserves the right to alter the route or schedule to ensure the safety and best experience for our passengers.

5. Liability

Tours By Luca acts only as an agent for passengers in making arrangements for transportation, sightseeing, or other services. We do not assume liability for any injury, damage, loss, accident, delay, or irregularity which may be occasioned either by reason of defect in any vehicle or through the acts or defaults of any company or person engaged in conveying the passenger or in carrying out the arrangements of the tour.

6. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and defined following the laws of Italy. Tours By Luca and yourself irrevocably consent that the courts of Italy shall have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any dispute which may arise in connection with these terms.
